What it does: Every day at 11:00 BKK, the scheduled task picks the lowest sequence_order pending dev_task where product='ListingCaption' and status='pending'. It dispatches that task to Sophia (or matt-tagged tasks back to Matt's Telegram).
What it skips: Tasks with status='blocked' stay parked until the blocker is resolved (life_state SSOT auto-flips them when LLC/Mercury/Stripe land).
What it logs: Each run writes to claude_memory_log + updates the increment in listingcaption-productise-state.json.
How to override: Edit /var/www/listingcaption-productise-state.json directly, or add a row to act_requests with source='listingcaption-biz-dash'.
